Job Description

The Technical Consultant is a customer-focused professional responsible for the successful deployment of solutions in various environments.

This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Support, to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical input to pre-sales activities, including workshops and demonstrations.
  2. Offer expert advice on solution delivery fundamentals and best practices.
  3. Maintain and update all relevant activities and deliverables from the project lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  4. Plan and execute the assembly, configuration, and testing of solutions in various environments.
  5. Coordinate the transition of solutions to Support teams, ensuring seamless handovers and minimal disruption.
  6. Assist Support in resolving issues in production systems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  7. Support project team members to meet deadlines and priorities, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  8. Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and architectures, applying this knowledge to improve solutions and services.
  10. Share best practices and lessons learned with other teams, enhancing consistency and quality across the organization.
  11. Identify and address key issues and risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving and mitigation strategies.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to develop new skills and expertise.
  13. Able to travel as reasonably requested, representing the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
