Geospatial Product Vision Leader

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager with expertise in geospatial technology to spearhead the development of our AI-driven offerings. This role entails defining product vision and strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, and crafting user experiences that empower customers to leverage location-based insights effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Product Planning: Develop and evolve the strategic product vision for our Geospatial AI capabilities, encompassing advanced analysis modules, visualization dashboards, and generative scenario planning tools.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Engage with users (enterprises, governments) to understand real-world challenges and translate them into product requirements that improve decision workflows.
  • Feature Ownership: Guide features from concept to launch, coordinating with data science, engineering, design, and QA to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize metrics, user feedback, and market analysis to prioritize the roadmap and identify new product opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to align on go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate product value.
  • Platform Evolution: Drive continuous improvement of the user experience, focusing on intuitive interfaces for exploring complex spatial data, building custom AI models, and generating actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of product management experience in SaaS, AI, or data-driven technology; prior exposure to geospatial products (GIS, mapping tools, location analytics) is essential.
  • Strong technical background, enabling seamless collaboration with data scientists and engineers working on AI model integration and large-scale geospatial data processing.
  • A track record of end-to-end product ownership, from user research to product launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with GIS stacks (e.g., Esri, QGIS) and an understanding of how AI can be layered on top of geospatial frameworks.
  • Superb communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of synthesizing technical details into clear, compelling narratives for customers and executives.
