Unlocking customer experience through data-driven insights is a vital role in our organization. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading the development of personalized experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Job Description:
  • This position requires a deep understanding of customer preferences, behaviors, and needs, as well as a strong analytical background to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • You will collaborate with business teams to translate customer needs into valuable experiences, leveraging MarTech solutions and analytics tools to drive real-time activations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary interface between technical and non-technical teams, collaborating on implementation design and delivery.
  • Develop measurement strategies and supervise the delivery of technical requirements to enable effective implementation and measurement.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of different data types, including first-party and third-party datasets, both digital and offline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a related field.
  • Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in pharmaceutical marketing, CPG, or highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with data engineering programming languages such as SQL, mySQL, Python, R.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics software like Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Google Analytics.
