We're seeking a creative and technically proficient Social Media Video Specialist to lead our end-to-end content lifecycle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ideation, scripting, AI-driven video production, editing, optimization, and publishing across various platforms.

This role requires expertise in the latest AI tools and video production technologies, as well as research-driven adaptability to produce sector-relevant content for diverse client domains. Key responsibilities include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Content Production:
    • Create high-impact short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
    • Use AI image and video tools, video editing software to create photorealistic character-driven videos, animated explainers, and brand avatars.
    • Maintain consistency of recurring branded characters and visual identity across episodes and sectors.
  • Cross-Sector Adaptability & Research:
    • Conduct rapid market research to understand content tone, audience expectations, and platform trends within new client sectors.
    • Translate insights into content strategies and scripting tailored to each target audience.
  • Technical Workflow Management:
    • Execute the full content production pipeline, including scripting and storyboarding, AI avatar and character generation, voiceovers, AI video generation, rendering, editing, captioning, and scheduling using content management tools.
    • Ensure outputs are quality-checked, platform-optimized, and aligned to brand standards.
  • Performance Metrics (KPIs):
    • Monitor and report key performance indicators, including engagement rates, retention, average watch time, follower/subscriber growth per platform, publishing cadence, and turnaround time per video.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in social media video content creation with demonstrated success in multi-platform engagement.
  • A portfolio of AI-generated or hybrid content showing creativity, precision, and technical capability.
  • Ability to switch tone, style, and narrative to suit different audiences.
