Job Title: Financial Account Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Account Recovery Specialist to join our team. As an Financial Account Recovery Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing debtors, collecting outstanding payments, assessing credit risk, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate records.
  • Chase outstanding payments through calls, emails, and letters, and negotiate repayment plans as needed.
  • Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers using financial data, credit reports, and other sources.
  • Approve or reject credit applications based on company policies and provide updates to management on problematic accounts or high-risk customers.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes in customer accounts and work with sales and customer service teams to clarify any billing issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum degree in Accounts & Finance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
