Job Overview:

We are looking for an Accounts Recovery Officer to handle payment follow-ups and collections from our local clients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using ERP systems, have strong negotiation skills, and be willing to travel locally when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with clients to recover outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of recoveries and pending amounts in the ERP system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for smooth payment processes.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department to update ledgers and reconcile payments.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly recovery reports with management.
  • Travel locally for client visits to ensure timely recoveries (as needed).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 14 Years of education.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (preferably in manufacturing/trading sector).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel for basic reporting.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client follow-ups.
