Relationship Officer Asset Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Relationship Officer Asset Sales. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. We will implement approved sales/service plans to achieve business objectives by collaborating with branch managers/relationship managers to agree on micro-level sales/service delivery plans.
  2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers according to bank SOPs.
  3. Achieve sales targets/objectives in assigned areas ethically and in accordance with SOPs.
  4. Ensure genuine sales by avoiding family loaning, activist base lending, and adjustment lending.
  5. Maintain business profitability through loan sales and increasing the customer base following SOPs.
  6. Develop strategies to market company products accordingly.
  7. Possess aptitude for persuasion and negotiation.
  8. Identify business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating industry position.
  9. Evaluate customer profiles using the five C's of credit.
  10. Communicate terms and conditions of products effectively.
  11. Conduct physical verification of prospective clients to ensure on-track performance.
  12. Proactively collect and ensure timely loan repayments by communicating with clients, following SOPs for collections.
  13. Handle customer legal documents carefully to prevent misuse.
  14. Guide customers to deposit loan repayments at the cash counter only.
  15. Avoid cash handling during RO functions; if necessary, ensure strict compliance with collection manual.
  16. Prepare weekly field activity plans and discuss deviations with line manager.
  17. Conduct monthly/quarterly customer meetings as per product programs.
  18. Book loans in compliance with bank policies, procedures, ethics, and standards.
  19. Continuously update product and service knowledge, suggesting improvements based on client feedback.
  20. Conduct market assessments to identify new selling opportunities and review existing markets in consultation with line manager.
  21. Meet internal service standards and ensure no customer complaints by following fair treatment policies.
  22. Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
  23. Report any fraud or potential loss cases to line manager/HOD.
  24. Ensure compliance with SOPs and SBPs to protect the bank's reputation and prevent financial, operational, and market losses.
