Regional Leadership Opportunity
This critical role at our organization requires a strategic thinker with exceptional sales skills to drive revenue growth through partnerships with public sector entities.
- Develops and executes a robust regional sales strategy focused on driving revenue growth through government partnerships.
- Identifies and prioritizes public sector opportunities, including tenders, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of business-to-government (B2G) opportunities, ensuring sustained business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership- Develops and executes a comprehensive regional sales strategy focused on driving revenue growth through government partnerships.
- Identifies and prioritizes public sector opportunities, including tenders, projects, and strategic initiatives.
- Builds and maintains a robust pipeline of B2G opportunities, ensuring sustained business growth.
- Identifies government business within the assigned region and leads project evaluation and potential participation.
- Participates in pre-bid meetings to gather project requirements, address queries, and collect essential inputs for proposal/bid development.
- Leads project execution in alignment with predefined milestones and requirements set.
- Ensures achievement of portfolio goals as defined by management.
- Drives revenue by securing high-value contracts, identifying new income streams, and aligning solutions with evolving public sector needs.
- Addresses escalated client issues through regular visits, incorporating feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Works closely with product, service delivery, and customer relationship teams to align offerings with market demands.
- Ensures seamless execution of partnership agreements and deliverables.
- Ensures all partnerships and contracts comply with legal, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Ensures accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
