About the RoleThis is a key leadership position in our sales organization, responsible for driving the digitalization of our sales process and ensuring that our teams are equipped with cutting-edge methodologies and tools.
- Develop and implement strategies to integrate CRM, AI-driven insights, and automated reporting into our sales process.
- Establish a Sales Excellence Program to ensure that our teams are using best practices and digital tools to drive sales growth.
- Create a Virtual Sales Hub to provide real-time access to customer insights, best practices, and playbooks.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing B2B channel partners, distributors, resellers, and indirect sales channels, and will be able to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Channel Management, Business Development, Sales, or Partner Management within the Telecommunications or IT industry.
- Experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, or business growth strategies.
