We are seeking a seasoned Civil Infrastructure Project Coordinator to lead our construction initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify business opportunities.
2. Collaborate with project teams to oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Coordinate and supervise workers, including conducting site inductions and training where necessary.
4. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
6. Maintain accurate project records and documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
4. Proficient understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and construction management software.
5. Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
6. Familiarity with industry-specific tools, equipment, and health and safety protocols.
