Compensation and Benefits Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive total rewards strategy across multiple markets and geographies. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing global processes and geographical programs/initiatives aligned with global framework and local business needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive the development and implementation of global compensation and benefit programs that support business growth and employee engagement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support business needs through consultation and lead the implementation of our global processes and pay philosophy in the geography.
  • Design, implement, and manage local total rewards packages including benchmark and benefit design, ensuring efficiency and competitiveness in the local market to secure attraction and retention of talent.
  • Provide proactive Total Rewards thought leadership to business leaders via external and internal market data, trends, and insights.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or finance required, Master of Business degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, with proven experience in managing compensation and benefit program design, driven market analysis, forecasting trends/costs in a geography.
  • Experience in either Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi or United Arab Emirates required.
  • Fluency in English essential, Arabic or French a plus.
  • Project Management Skills and Financial Acumen required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
