Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough SEO audits to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that drive traffic and improve user engagement.
  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize website content for target keywords.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance and search rankings to identify SEO opportunities and risks.
  • Implement link building strategies and manage backlink profiles to improve domain authority and search engine ranking.
  • Stay current with industry trends and Google algorithm updates to ensure SEO strategies remain effective.
  • Work with web developers to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code and website architecture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with expertise in on-site, off-site, and technical factors.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Technical knowledge of HTML/CSS, website architectures, and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends, translating them into actionable SEO strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to produce reports and present findings.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
