Your Role
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team by providing guidance and training to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will also develop sales strategies, foster client relationships, and monitor market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Lead the sales team by providing guidance and training to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  3. Effectively communicate and understand client needs and requirements.
  4. Foster a high-performing sales culture.

Requirements
  1. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. At least 3-4 years of experience in a relevant field (FMCG, Construction, Manufacturing, and Automobile Industry).
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proven ability to train and motivate personnel to balance sales team strength with profitability and growth.
