Sales and Team Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Team Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Mentor junior team members to help them develop their careers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on, "doer" approach to achieving results.
- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, time zones, and work hours.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to solve challenges and deliver results independently.
