
Online Sales Representative

Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, building client relationships, and promoting our digital solutions on various online platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Bid Creation: Develop persuasive, well-researched bid proposals to attract potential clients.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand their project requirements and provide clear explanations of our services.
- Lead Identification: Identify high-potential leads in the web and app development spaces.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing to secure deals and meet sales targets.
- Monthly Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and targets.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust bidding strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure project proposals align with team capabilities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor bidding performance, conversion rates, and success metrics to optimize bidding strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in online bidding on platforms like Upwork, Bark, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- A proven track record of winning projects and generating revenue through online bidding platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience in selling website design, development, mobile app development, WordPress, graphic designs, and animations.
