Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and other documentation to support customer inquiries.
  • Stay up-to-date with product releases and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
