Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Support Specialist. This role involves interacting directly with clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Engage in effective communication with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide timely support.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when necessary.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • English Proficiency: Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills is essential.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required to handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Customer Service: The ability to provide prompt and professional support is crucial for maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a related field is highly valued.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse customer situations are essential.

Benefits:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
  • Salary Structure: PKR 40,000 basic + PKR 5,000 per approved sale.

Location: Jenan Abu Ul Fazal Plaza, Shamsabad, Rawalpindi.
