Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for working with our cloud-based microservices architecture to support and collaborate with our data platform. This includes designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and tools, automating infrastructure deployment as code, and contributing to the design of our data platform.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  1. Work with a cloud-based microservices architecture to support and collaborate with the data platform.
  2. Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of DevOps, microservices, systems administration, and monitoring/alerting. You should also have experience with languages such as Python, Java, and Shell Scripting, build tools like Gradle, infrastructure tools like Terraform and Chef, container infrastructure like Docker and Docker Compose, databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server, and source control like Git and Bitbucket. Additionally, you should have Linux administration skills, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
