About the Role

We seek a highly skilled IT professional with expertise in Retail Networking Systems and POS to support our team's operations.

This position requires end-to-end user support across inter-departments and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Logging and processing support calls from customers and staff, ensuring prompt issue resolution.
  2. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners for seamless operations.
  3. Scheduling and undertaking maintenance upgrades to prevent disruptions.
  4. Setting up secure accounts for staff and resolving password issues efficiently.
  5. Providing technical assistance to clients and computer users to determine problem causes.
  6. Responding quickly to breakdowns and resolving issues promptly.
  7. Investigating and solving computer software and hardware faults, including repairing equipment and replacing parts as needed.
  8. Supervising junior engineering and technical staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  9. Obtaining replacement or specialist components when required, and checking computer equipment for electrical safety.
  10. Maintaining accurate records of software licenses for compliance purposes.
