About the Job

We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to serve as an Executive Assistant to our senior leadership team. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide administrative support, coordinate events, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Duties
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials.
  • Email Support: Manage email inboxes, prioritize messages, and respond to emails on behalf of senior leaders.
  • Document Creation: Develop meeting reports, presentations, and other documents to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Operational Planning: Assist in planning and executing operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a liaison between senior leaders and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
  • Project Assistance: Provide support on various projects, including research, data analysis, and report creation.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange complex travel itineraries, ensuring timely and cost-effective arrangements.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Notion).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
