Head of Finance & Accounts.
Job Purpose:
The Head of Finance & Accounts will be responsible for leading the overall financial management of the entity, including accounts, treasury, taxation, costing, and business planning. This role will ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and strategic alignment while providing insights that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all functions of the Finance Department including Accounts, Treasury, Taxation, and Costing.
- Drive business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for performance improvement.
- Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and governance.
- Partner with business leaders to align financial strategy with organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience with at least 6 years post-qualification experience.
- At least 3 years' experience in FMCG, retail, or food industry is mandatory.
- Proven leadership experience in managing diverse finance functions.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
