Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a prestigious client, focusing on delivering successful e-marketing campaigns, collateral design and development, PR support, website content, maintaining promotional materials and preparing marketing reports and presentations.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our Director of Sales & Marketing in planning, execution and supervision of various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and oral communication skills, as well as experience in public relations and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the overall direction and coordination of marketing efforts.
  • Distribute marketing materials to foreign media and establish strong relationships with PR firms and advertising agencies.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage landing pages and social media presence.
  • Manage timely completion of all marketing projects and collaborate with departments to market amenities.
  • Develop annual marketing plans in conjunction with sales department.
  • Support brand development and protection, and maintain records of awards and recognitions.
  • Contribute to eMarketing strategies, special event coordination, public relations, news and media activities.
  • Maintain and grow business through effective marketing plans and programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
  • At least one year of public relations experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher) and design software (Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, and creative individual who can thrive under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Ability to articulate and follow brand guidelines and creative principles.
  • Competent in written and verbal communication.

  • UK/USA return candidates.
