**About This Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take on a challenging role that involves strengthening the Sales team and fostering strong relationships with distributors.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build close relationships with all distributors to grow and expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct area visits with your designated TSO/TSM to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
- Work closely with the Sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and drive business growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding and control of the reporting structure to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee sales team hiring and retention efforts to maintain a high-performing team.
- Develop and conduct training sessions with the Sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- A proven track record of success in sales management, with a strong focus on team leadership and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with distributors and internal stakeholders.
