Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Trainee to join our team. As a Business Development Trainee, you will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and enhance company growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, conducting thorough market research to identify new markets and opportunities within the recruitment industry, preparing and presenting customized recruitment service proposals and contracts to prospective clients, participating in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and promote our services, developing strategic business plans to expand the client base and drive revenue growth, negotiating contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients to secure partnerships, working closely with recruitment consultants to ensure client requirements are met efficiently and effectively, maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and managing leads through various stages of the sales cycle, tracking sales performance, creating detailed business reports, and providing insights for continuous improvement.

This is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position. A monthly salary will be provided during the training period.

  • Sales and Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and service agreements
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and other departments
