Job Title: Strategic Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to oversee our human resources and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create referral programs and lead the hiring processes for qualified employees.
  • Develop strategic plans to hire, develop, and retain talented staff members.
  • Prepare job descriptions, post ads on various channels, and search for potential candidates.
  • Assist with recruitment by identifying suitable candidates and issuing employment contracts.
  • Evaluate candidate professional backgrounds and references through due diligence process.
  • Maintain accurate digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Perform orientations and update new staff records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and procedures for Human Resource files and records.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding hiring processes.
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
  • Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Conduct assessments of employees on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain equipment and assets in good working condition and record them properly.
  • Liaise with local authorities and government sectors effectively.
  • Follow proper procurement processes when dealing with potential vendors.
  • Responsible for timely opening and closing of the office.
  • Purchase stationery, office supplies, and other miscellaneous items according to defined requisition approval procedure.
  • Supervise office boys and janitorial staff efficiently.
  • Monitor office security and CCTV cameras.
  • Compile, purchase, and maintain monthly requisition accurately.
