Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Human Resources Leader to spearhead our HR operations in Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing a structured HR department, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, leading recruitment and retention strategies, managing employee relations, and aligning HR operations with the company's strategic goals.

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
    • Recruit and retain top talent by developing and executing effective employer branding initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Administration:
    • Set up and manage HR functions, including payroll coordination, employee records, and attendance management, in line with company policies and Pakistani labor laws.
  • Employee Relations & Culture:
    • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture aligned with the company's values, handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities with fairness and professionalism.
  • Performance Management & Training:
    • Design and roll out performance appraisal frameworks, identify training needs, and implement L&D initiatives to enhance employee skills and development.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Pakistani labor laws, HR compliance, and regulatory matters, as well as hands-on experience in fintech/startup environments.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in building an HR department from scratch (0 to 1).
