Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop BIM models for Civil and MEP systems, including structural components, mechanical systems, electrical layouts, and plumbing designs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and complete BIM models.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate Civil and MEP designs into comprehensive BIM models.
  • Generate accurate drawings, plans, sections, and schedules from BIM models for construction documentation and coordination purposes.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5-10 years) working as a BIM Modeler / Designer, with a focus on Civil and MEP disciplines in construction projects.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MEP-specific tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and MEP systems design.
