System administrators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of messaging infrastructure. This position requires an expert-level professional with a strong background in Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 administration.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our messaging environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 and additional experience with Veeam Backup, Public Cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, and GCP), and VMware virtualization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 at an expert level.
  2. Monitor email flow, security, performance, and availability across the Exchange environment.
  3. Perform Exchange server upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery planning.
  4. Implement and manage Veeam Backup and Recovery solutions (if applicable).
  5. Collaborate on projects involving public cloud services, especially AWS, and support integration with on-premises environments.
  6. Support virtual infrastructure hosted on VMware, including provisioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting VMs.
  7. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
  8. Provide technical support to internal teams and act as a subject matter expert for Exchange-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in system administration or messaging roles.
  3. Microsoft certifications (e.g., Exchange Server, M365, or Azure) are a plus.
  4. Experience in hybrid Exchange/Office 365 environments is beneficial.
  5. Expert-level experience in Exchange Server 2019 administration and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Veeam Backup and Recovery solutions.
  • Familiarity with Public Cloud Services – preferably AWS, and optionally Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
