We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Accounts Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining a comparative schedule for income and expenses on a monthly basis, categorized by head and line of business. This includes gathering data for loans, advances, deposits, prepayments, and other receivables to prepare schedules.

  • In addition, they will compile financial and accounting details for specific funds, including their aging. This requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • The successful applicant will also be required to generate monthly journal vouchers in Oracle EBS.

  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department may include performing additional administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

  • The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
