Job Title:
Personal Assistant To General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule meetings on various venues.
  2. Get details of all upcoming events in the country for GM.
  3. Note minutes of BODs' meetings.
  4. Prepare and maintain GM's expenses.
  5. Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  6. Perform general duties like filing, mailing, and faxing etc.
  7. Monitor overall activities: cleaning, food arrangements, and house workers performance.
  8. Monitor GM's room cleanliness, office stationery etc.
  9. Go abroad and local out stations for meetings and training (if required).
  10. Manage GM's diary and appointments.
  11. Help GM manage output, work flow, and office deadlines.
  12. Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries where possible.
  13. Take minutes for all meetings.
  14. Draft, type, and dispatch all GM's correspondence.
  15. Liaise with relevant individuals to arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and draft minutes.
  16. Maintain a comprehensive filing system.
  17. Coordinate GM's travel in conjunction with the in-house travel group.
  18. Tabulate and retrieve GM's official expenditures and claims.
  19. Arrange local transportation when necessary.
  20. Research, media relations, and promotional work.
  21. Undertake any other duties as requested by the GM.

Requirements:
We are looking for candidates having foreign degree or diploma in same field will be given preference.
