Product Development Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our product development team in driving innovative investment products. The successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading the development and management of investment products in compliance with SECP regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage investment products aligned with SECP regulations
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product lifecycle and regulatory compliance
  • Promote pricing, profitability analysis, and performance monitoring
  • Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders
  • Enhance product visibility and support internal training initiatives
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends

Key Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree (BBA or equivalent)
  • 1 year of experience in the financial sector (fresh graduates with relevant skills may also apply)
  • Excellent communication, time management, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related software
