Dynamics Finance and Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Finance and Operations expert to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of the project life cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to modeling, testing, training, deployment, and providing ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements to identify client needs and challenges.
  • Developing comprehensive solution designs that outline features, functionality, and integration points.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations.
  • Ensuring quality assurance through thorough testing and validation.
  • Providing post-implementation support, including bug fixes, maintenance, and updates.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
  • Minimum two successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics AX 2012 or Dynamics 365 F&O).
  • 10+ years of experience in core finance and accounting modules – accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, cash & bank management, budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
  • Preferred to have CPA training or certification.
  • Able to conduct FIT/GAP analysis and write complete functional design specifications.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and client interaction skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with large teams throughout an enterprise transformation.
  • High degree of initiative and personal responsibility.
  • Willingsness and ability to work with global delivery teams across time zones.
