Project Manager Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of customized applications for social media and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coding, object-oriented concepts, and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project delivery from concept to creation, ensuring timely completion within budgets.
  2. Evaluate financial aspects of project development, including budgets, expenditures, research, and profit-loss projections.
  3. Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and budgets.
  4. Collaborate with Business Analysts and CEOs to set monthly targets for projects.
  5. Conduct regular status meetings with Business Analysts and teams to monitor project progress and set targets.
  6. Perform quality assurance checks and testing throughout project phases.
  7. Recommend project changes and reformatory measures based on quality assurance checks and client consent.
  8. Provide consultation and guidance to Business Analysts and Developers as needed.
  9. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  10. Analyze the impact of client requested changes, estimate time and cost implications.

Technical Skill Set:

  1. Considerable background in coding (preferably PHP5) and object-oriented concepts.
  2. Sound knowledge about databases (preferably MySQL).
  3. Knowledge about APIs and Webservices.
  4. Good knowledge about Facebook platform, iOS & Android.
