Business Support Specialist:
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Business Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting, finance, or a related field in civil engineering, with prior experience in the construction industry. Key responsibilities will include planning budgets for construction and solar electrical projects, performing cost analysis, reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts, preparing financial and technical bids, developing health and safety documents, and estimating costs for various civil and electrical projects. Requirements and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field in civil engineering. Excellent knowledge of construction costs, financial and technical bidding procedures, and tendering processes is essential. Prior experience in a reputable organization is highly desirable, as well as a reliable internet connection and electricity backup system. Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, is also required.
