Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate activities for prospect identification and build relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Keep abreast with product knowledge, customer profiles, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in streamlining sales processes.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction through surveys.
  • Maintain regular and personal contacts to generate profitable sales.
  • Maintain a profile of visits, sales documents, and records to help inform future actions.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter with strong energy and ability to meet deadlines stringently.
  • Exposure in dealing with institutional customers.
  • Knowledge of professional selling skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, closing techniques, and proposal writing.
