Email Marketing Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in lead generation, cold outreach, and international markets.
- This is a full-time on-site position for a night shift at our Lahore office.
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
- Running targeted campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to engage new leads.
- Responding to inbound leads from our website, social channels, and referrals.
- Researching and qualifying potential clients and closing deals.
- Creating and managing outreach campaigns.
- Organizing CRM data and analyzing campaign performance.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation.
To be successful as an Email Marketing Specialist, you must have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in lead generation and outreach, preferably in US/UK markets.
- Experience working with IT services companies.
- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Mailchimp, SendGrid, Instantly.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to craft attention-grabbing cold emails.
- Self-starter with attention to detail.
- Confidence in handling initial sales closures.
A BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also highly valued.
