Senior Specialist, Revenue Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in optimizing revenue generation and enhancing the commercial buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing new sales and renewal quotes in Salesforce: Collaborate with sales teams to support their efforts in meeting client needs, particularly for strategic and high-value clients.
  • Assisting internal partners in fixing starting and ending ACV in Salesforce: Update and maintain accurate starting and ending ACV figures in Salesforce, facilitating effective reporting and analysis.
  • Leading cross-team and departmental projects: Identify and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and improve client satisfaction across critical areas.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert: Provide strategic insights and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Overseeing daily workflows: Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and support team members in meeting their goals.
