Sales and Business Growth Manager
About the Role:- We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our nationwide sales efforts and drive business growth through strategic planning and team leadership.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment, with excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead, motivate & monitor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and feedback to drive performance improvement.
- Conduct regular market analysis to monitor trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities, staying ahead of the competition.
- Establish a dealership network, maintaining strong working relationships with distributors and key customers to drive business growth.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and performance insights to the senior management team, informing strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 8-10 years of relevant FMCG sales experience; preference for candidates with a background in spices, food, or confectionery sectors.
- Strong distribution and channel management skills to navigate complex networks.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, driving business results.
- Deep understanding of regional consumer behavior and market dynamics, informing sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to drive business growth and partnerships.
- Result-driven and able to work independently under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
