Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong focus on automated testing to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced QA professionals to work remotely on a dynamic project.

  • Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Selenium IDE.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Maintain test environments and manage test data.
  • Provide regular updates on testing progress and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automated testing using Selenium WebDriver and Selenium IDE.
  • Strong knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with test management tools and bug tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and plans.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
