Job Title: Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance group, you will be responsible for developing and executing test automation strategies that drive efficiency and effectiveness in our testing processes.

Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-leading tools and technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance, to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that drive business value.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance, experience with automation testing frameworks such as Selenium, Protractor (E2E), and Watir, and proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Bash, Shell, or Ruby. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills, be able to analyze complex problems, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that drive business value.
  • Analyze complex problems, provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders, and contribute to the development of high-quality software products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in quality assurance and automation testing.
  • Familiarity with agile development and scrum concepts, including test-driven development.
  • Experience with testing frameworks such as Selenium, Protractor (E2E), and Watir.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Bash, Shell, or Ruby.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
