About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on a challenging role as an IT Assistant. The successful candidate will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems, troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently, and collaborate with teams to implement technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical assistance to employees regarding hardware, software, and network systems.
  2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve IT issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  3. System Maintenance: Assist in maintaining system updates, security protocols, and performing routine checks to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of processes and update the IT inventory accordingly.

Requirements:
  1. Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support roles.
  2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting; familiarity with tools like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or cloud platforms.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
