Job Description:

As a Magento Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality e-commerce solutions. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Magento development best practices and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop custom Magento 2 extensions and modules.
  2. Integrate third-party applications and services with Magento.
  3. Optimize Magento performance and ensure website speed and scalability.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Magento.
  5. Perform unit testing and code reviews to ensure code quality.
  6. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to implement e-commerce solutions.
  7. Stay updated on the latest Magento best practices and technologies.
  8. Assist in the planning and execution of e-commerce projects.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Magento development (preferably Magento 2).
  • Strong understanding of PHP, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and MVC architecture.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Knowledge of database systems (MySQL) and SQL.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
