Accessibility and Inclusion Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our efforts in creating an inclusive and accessible environment for students, faculty, and staff. As a Team Lead Academic Accommodations and Accessibility, you will play a key role in operationalizing our commitment to providing support to students with disabilities, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing plans to make our institution more inclusive.
About the Position:- This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise and experience to drive positive change and improve the lives of students with disabilities.
- You will work closely with students, faculty, and staff to provide guidance, support, and resources on accessibility-related matters.
- Effective collaboration and communication are essential for this role, as you will be working with various stakeholders and teams to achieve our goals.
- As a seasoned professional, you will bring a high level of expertise and knowledge to this role, particularly in areas such as assistive technologies and research.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering awareness campaigns, workshops, and training programs to promote inclusivity and accessibility.
- Finally, you will be expected to perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.
- Relevant bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in educational settings.
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and research fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing circumstances.
