Practice Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk and reception areas, ensuring that all patient records are current, up-to-date, and accurate.
This includes tracking treatment plans, monitoring case acceptance ratios, and estimating insurance coverage.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate employees and meet deadlines.
Strong decision-making and written communication skills are essential, as is proficiency in various computer software packages including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise between practice and patient to discuss treatment options and financial arrangements
- Track treatment plans and monitor case acceptance ratios
- Estimate insurance coverage and educate patients on benefits and limitations
- Submit insurance claims and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain and organize office file systems and patient records
- Ensure a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Complete end-of-day routines and ensure the office answering machine/voicemail is current
- Coordinate thank-you letters to referring patients
