Customer Support Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a representative, your primary focus will be working with the customer support team, identifying and providing prompt and clear solutions via phone calls.

The ideal candidate should be able to work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as on their own initiative. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect Engagement: Identify and understand prospects' needs and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
  • Communication: Clarify information and address inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Research and provide prompt resolutions to customer concerns.
  • Compliance: Follow work regulations diligently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Task Management: Ensure the timely completion of all daily calling tasks.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an Intermediate degree (O-A Levels).
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday.
  • Ability to work night shifts (9 PM-6 AM).
  • Strong motivation and enthusiasm for customer-facing roles.
