At the forefront of innovation, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Solutions Architect. As a key player in designing and proposing cutting-edge solutions, you will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and deliver tailored proposals that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of control system architectures, network protocols, and PLC/DCS-based systems. With a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills, you will be able to evaluate quality of product solutions and propose optimal designs.

Beyond technical expertise, this role requires strong business development skills, including negotiation and communication. A Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or a related field is essential, along with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in engineering or technical sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals for brown field jobs, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of PLC/DCS-based control systems and SCADA systems.
  • Estimation and Planning: Estimate effort for engineering, construction, and testing works, and develop project execution plans.
  • Sales Support: Provide support for key proposals against received RFQs.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate and follow up on proposal-related activities with sales teams and negotiate prices/discount schedules with vendors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in engineering or technical sales.
  • Skills: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, keen business development skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
