  3. Project Administration and Coordination: Ensuring efficient site administration, contract management, and overall coordination during construction and interior fit-out.
  4. Financial Management: Implementing accounting control procedures to track cash flow and change orders.
  5. Contract Management: Managing retention and defects liability period.
  6. Development Consultancy: Coordinating with the architect and building contractor for simultaneous fit-out work and civil works, monitoring project progress through daily site inspections.
