Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned project management expert to lead our construction portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, architecture, or construction management, along with 10-12 years of experience in managing large-scale complex construction projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • To examine project scope, plans, and budgets, ensuring effective financial management.
  • To meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budget assessment reports, and implementing corrective actions.
  • To manage cost-effective delivery of the construction portfolio, encompassing capital projects in main campus and offsite facilities.
  • To craft strategic goals and actions for timely accomplishment of university initiatives and growth plan.
  • To review existing processes and systems, recommending policy and procedure improvements.
  • To maintain knowledge of current trends and advancements in project and construction management, advocating emerging technological tools and systems.
  • To implement an effective Environmental Health & Safety program for all construction sites, ensuring a safe environment for users.
  • To foster close liaison with stakeholders for resolution of escalated issues and matters, ensuring customer expectations are met.
  • To implement efficient internal and external communication and reporting strategies.
