Import/Export Coordinator Job Description

This role involves coordinating import and export activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Customs GD on the online WeBOC System.
  • Coordinate with clients to address their queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with shipping lines to streamline logistics.
  • Work closely with ports (KICT, QICT, PICT, etc.) to facilitate imports and exports.
  • Generate daily reports of work progress.
  • Compile daily expense sheets for review.
  • Monitor shipments and make timely payments of duties and taxes to avoid demurrage.
Requirements:
  • Punctuality is essential.
  • The ability to analyze problems and provide quick solutions is crucial.
  • Effective time management skills are necessary.
  • Ease of learning new concepts is vital.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.

Working hours: 10AM-7PM (dependent on workload)
