Trading Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide critical support in Trading Operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and computer science, with experience in trading operations and support roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the secure and efficient operation of trading applications.
  • Configure applications in UAT and Production environments for seamless performance.
  • Collaborate with counterparts to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations on Confluence and Jira platforms.
  • Work flexible shifts, including evenings, to accommodate clients in Eastern Standard Time zones.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Adapt quickly to changing requirements and possess excellent technical knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
  • Fresh to 3 years of experience in trading operations and support.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new tools and technologies rapidly.
  • Flexibility to work in an evening shift environment and adapt to changing priorities.
